I am a fully accredited member of the IACP in Ireland, offering counselling and psychotherapy in both English and Polish. I work with individuals and couples, supporting them through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges with a particular focus on ADHD, self-esteem, emotional regulation, and relationship dynamics.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in humanistic and existential traditions, guided by a belief in each person’s capacity for growth, change, and self-understanding. I also use integrative psychotherapy, including behaviourism elements like DBT/ CBT and other psychotherapy frameworks, adapting my methods to best support each client’s needs. My work is supported by regular supervision and ongoing professional development through additional training, courses, and symposia.
I bring experience from my background as a Social Care Worker (SCW) in the Mental Health and Homelessness sectors, where I supported people navigating complex social and psychological difficulties. This work shaped my understanding of how external challenges and inner struggles often intertwine, and deepened my commitment to providing therapy that is compassionate, practical, and grounded.
Having been diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, I have a personal insight into the unique experiences of neurodiverse individuals. This diagnosis not only brought clarity to aspects of my own life but also strengthened my professional focus on working with ADHD. As a certified ADHD Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP), I offer specialised support for those dealing with issues such as poor self-esteem, emotional dysregulation, procrastination, overwhelm, and difficulties with organisation and focus. My goal is to help clients understand their own patterns and develop strategies that truly work for them.
In addition to individual therapy, I have been working with couples and families for the past two years, using a systemic approach to helping them build stronger communication, navigate conflict, and foster more secure emotional connections. I take a balanced, non-judgmental approach, giving both individuals in the relationship space to be heard and understood.
These are the main areas I support clients with: low self-worth, emotional overwhelm, neurodiversity -related struggles, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. A typical treatment plan may involve weekly sessions, practical tools tailored to your daily life, and a focus on self-awareness, emotional growth, and healthier patterns. Many clients report improved confidence, greater emotional balance, better time and stress management, and more fulfilling relationships.
Above all, I aim to create a space where you feel respected, accepted, and free to explore your challenges without judgment or labels. You are not a diagnosis—you are a person with a story, and I am here to walk alongside you as you navigate it.
Clarity.
Support. Compassion.
