Anthony has 22 years of experience working in a supportive, counselling and psychotherapy capacity in a number of HSE-funded community projects.

Anthony's years of experience and professional development training have had a strong focus on supporting both adults and young people in areas of trauma and addiction issues.

Anthony's trauma-informed approaches to counselling and psychotherapy have supported adults and young people to overcome or manage life issues such as loss, bereavement, anxiety, depression, drug-induced psychosis and trauma.

Anthony's counselling approach is underpinned by psycho-education, empowerment and wellbeing with a fundamental respect for individuals' personal readiness.
